These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Chaperon Co., Ltd. (“Chaperon Supply”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Network is still in development. Sign up or sign in to register early-access interest when intake is open, then confirm your email. Registration does not publish an Assignment, assign a partner or guarantee a launch date or response. Personal shoppers do not need company verification.
The early-access offer records one month (30 days) of free Network access. The period starts when you activate your invitation once access is available to you. No card is required and no paid subscription starts automatically. Ongoing subscription prices, usage allowances and terms will be explained before activation. Goods, partner services, inspections, shipping, paid research tools and Chaperoned support are excluded. Updates-only signup and basic partner interest do not grant this offer.
Your brief describes requested work only. It does not authorise purchases or establish agreed responsibilities. Any later scope, fees, substitutions, receipts, returns and delivery responsibilities must be agreed with the selected partner. Agent services, goods, shipping and import costs are separate.
Partner-sharing permission is optional and separate from accepting these terms. Before later partner participation, you need a verified buyer account and must approve the exact brief. This permission does not authorise public or social-media publication. Early-access details stay private.
Selected source countries are recorded separately from delivery destination, for internal demand analysis and expansion planning. China is our first planned active source region. Other selections are expansion interest and do not promise partner coverage or a response date. No countries will be silently removed to fit an active cohort: you must approve the exact active source scope first. Image uploads are not available in this release.
There are no partner charges in this testing release. Future Network pricing remains undecided. Existing paid supplier-tool prices and entitlements are separate. Planned Partner Security Deposits preview future standards; no deposits are collected and current requests have no deposit-backed compensation.
To correct or withdraw your request or change your choices, contact info@chaperon.supply from the email address used for the request. Retention and audit handling are described in the Privacy Policy.
No commission is planned on partner service fees or goods transactions. Monthly Network subscriptions for buyers and partners are planned; prices remain to be decided. Buyers and partners would arrange commercial payments directly. Chaperon would not hold or release those payments or provide payment protection.
